Currently there are two versions of the Duux app available; Duux (Gen 1) and Duux app. As of fall 2022, our electric heaters and the Beam mini 2 black will come with a new WiFi module that is only compatible with the Duux app. Through this link you can easily enter the serial number of your Duux device and instantly know which app is compatible with your product! Note: You need to enter your full serial number.

All items purchased through duux.com are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. A manufacturer's warranty also applies to some products. This warranty does not detract from the legal warranty.

All Duux products have a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase. 12 months manufacturer's warranty and then 12 months limited warranty. We guarantee the repair of defects caused by material and construction faults free of charge during this period.

If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may revoke it within 14 days without giving a reason. Once we have received and validated your return notification, you still have 14 days to return the product.
